These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aaagl ("aaagl", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the aaagl online gaming platform accessible at aaagl.net and any associated mobile applications, products, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the aaagl platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by action of aaagl.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling on the Platform.

aaagl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the prescribed period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each eligible person may register only one (1) account on the aaagl platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify aaagl's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• aaagl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• Account names and details must match the name on your verified payment method (GCash, bank account, etc.). Mismatched details may delay or block withdrawals.
• aaagl conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method.

aaagl reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without providing reasons, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

All financial transactions on the aaagl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). aaagl supports a range of payment methods approved for use in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your aaagl account upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet deposits are typically instant.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered and verified under your aaagl account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals target a processing time of 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• aaagl does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification under aaagl's AML compliance procedures. aaagl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

aaagl offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. One bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).

• Bonuses obtained through false information or fraudulent means will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

All games available on the aaagl platform operate according to the individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in aaagl's server logs shall be final and binding.

• aaagl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games. RNG outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Live dealer games are hosted by third-party game providers. The rules and procedures of live dealer games are governed by the respective provider's game rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
• Sports betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended or settled early at aaagl's discretion, particularly in cases of market irregularities, match abandonment, or force majeure events.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event (late bets) may be voided at aaagl's discretion, regardless of the outcome.
• In cases of system malfunction, communication failure, or technical error that affects gameplay or bet settlement, aaagl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

aaagl's decisions on game outcomes, bet settlements, and rule interpretations are final. Player disputes must be submitted to aaagl's support team within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaagl platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities including PAGCOR.

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or corrupt activity in connection with any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code from the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aaagl staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, using VPNs or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access your account or use the Platform.

All content on the aaagl platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio clips, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of aaagl or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from aaagl.
• Use the aaagl name, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of aaagl's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your access and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

aaagl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• aaagl is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages beyond aaagl's reasonable control.
• aaagl is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
• In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted, aaagl's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your aaagl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes; any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.

aaagl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable promotion terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.

Upon termination for cause, aaagl reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

aaagl operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities on the Platform are subject to applicable PAGCOR regulations and any directives issued by PAGCOR from time to time.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through aaagl's internal complaints process, players may escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

aaagl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aaagl will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. However, aaagl is not obligated to provide advance notice of minor or clarificatory changes.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated.
